1. ZESTY ORANGE MARTINI (featuring Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin)

Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin is created using their London Dry Gin combined with fresh orange peel and bergamot zest to create the ultimate gin for the zesty sipper.

Tangy sherbet, sweet cinnamon

ZESTY ORANGE MARTINI RECIPE

50ml Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin
10-15ml Dry Vermouth
Orange Twist (to garnish)

Fill a mixing glass with ice. First add the vermouth and stir for a few seconds. Then add the gin and stir briskly for 50 turns. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.

CLASSIC MARTINI RECIPE

50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin

FREEGLIDER MARTINI RECIPE

25ml Sipsmith FreeGlider
25ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist (to garnish)

Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir to combine. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupette and garnish with a lemon twist – either add to the drink or squeeze the peel over and discard.

4. SIPSPRESSO MARTINI (featuring Sipsmith Sipspresso Coffee Gin)

The gin is a blend of Sipsmith London Dry Gin with Pact’s Fruit and Nut Espresso blend (featuring Brazilian and Rwandan ground coffee beans), cinnamon, coriander, vanilla, and banana.

Nose:
Smooth chocolate, coffee bean, rich liquorish, smoky anise
Palate:
Aniseed, warming chai latte, cacao nib, vanilla
Finish:
Spiced ice coffee, liquorish and absinthe undercurrents

SIPSPRESSO MARTINI RECIPE

40ml Sipsmith Sipspresso Coffee Gin
25ml Espresso (Sipsmith recommend Pact Coffee Fruit & Nut Blend)
20ml Kahlúa
10ml Sugar Syrup
Coffee Beans (to garnish – optional)
Chocolate Shavings (to garnish – optional)

Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well until the shaker is almost too cold to touch. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans and a dusting of chocolate shavings.
