M&S Launches UK’s First Light Up Gin Bottles in Time for Christmas

1.3K

It may be a wee bit early to start thinking about Christmas, but if you’re a lover of all things gin, and Christmas, this new launch from Marks and Spencer is going to get you into the festive spirit for sure!

M&S are now selling a light-up Christmas gin liqueur, in two delicious flavours of clementine and brand-new rhubarb, complete with edible flecks of 23 carat gold leaf presented in a gorgeous globe-shaped bottle decorated with a festive, wintery design.

Marks & Spencer Gin Launch

Following on from last year’s release of the hugely popular Clementine Gin Liqueur Snow Globe, which sold out straight away, M&S have taken it to the next level with the addition of a cleverly hidden LED light in the base of the bottle, adding that extra bit of magic.

These are not just any kind of gins – these are sparkly, glittery and magical M&S Gins!

Product Developer for M&S, Jenny Rea said in a press release:

“For me, the switching on of the Christmas lights is a huge festive moment, and in honour of this Yuletide tradition we are introducing a show stopping, light-up snow globe gin liqueur, complete with edible gold leaf for that extra wow factor.”

Announcing the launch on their Instagram page, it sounds like they won’t be around for too long either!

Serving Recommendation: M&S recommend serving these festive gin liqueurs on the rocks, paired either with tonic or their Conte Priuli ORO Prosecco.

If you’re wondering what present to get this Christmas for your gin-loving friend, these would make the perfect gift – not only as a delicious festive tipple, but also as a lovely table decoration to wow guests with!

Both of the M&S Snow Globe Gin Liqueurs, in clementine and rhubarb, are retailing at £18 – and at this price there’s no doubt they’ll be flying off the shelves!

They are currently available to buy at M&S stores and will be available online very soon.
