This beautifully smooth Espresso Martini Recipe is the perfect way to impress for any occasion. This recipe is beautifully smooth with a true, fresh coffee kick with sweet notes and botanical undertones from the gin. We've used Sipsmiths Sipspreso Gin, which is the perfect alcoholic base for this recipe.
Equipment
- 1 Coffee Press or Coffee Machine
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Cocktail Stirrer Alternatively you can use a large spoon
- 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin We've used Sipsmiths Sipspresso Gin
- 30 ml Simple Syrup
- 25 ml Freshly Brewed Coffee
- 25 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 1 Pasteurised Egg White
- 3 Coffee Beans for garnish (optional)
- Ice
Instructions
- Add ice to shaker, stir until chilled
- Add Gin, Syrup, Coffee and Coffee Liqueur to Shaker
- Shake Vigorously for around 10-20 seconds
- Strain and Pour in to Martini Glass
- Garnish with Coffee Beans
Notes
Bare in mind this can also be made in to a decaf version by simply using decaffeinated coffee and decaffeinated coffee liqueur which can be easily purchased as alternatives. This beautifully smooth and tasty Espresso Martini Recipe is sure to impress at any occasion.
