100ml Penrhos Zero Raspberry
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Honey Syrup
6 Raspberries
Method
1. Muddle raspberries into your shaker
2. Add all ingredients and plenty of ice
3. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a coupe glass
