Refund and Returns Policy

Order Issues

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as misprints, defects, or damage, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Provide a detailed description and, if possible, include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Delivery Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:

  • Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days
  • International Orders: 7-20 business days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international shipments. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to reach out if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please notify us within 30 days of product delivery, including photographic evidence of the issue.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If the provided address is incorrect or insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Buyer’s Remorse and Size Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to our sizing charts available on each product page.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Address
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
