Pornstar Martini Gin Recipe
This delicious Pornstar Martini is one of our favourite ‘people pleaser’ cocktails! We’ve used Malfy Rosa Gin in this recipe but feel free to use a premium gin of choice.
Our Pornstar Martini is created with passionfruit pure and the beautiful Malfy Rosa adding a tangy twist to a modern classic. This simple yet delicious recipe is one of my favourites, busting with zesty flavours it’s an ideal sipping serve. Serve with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco for a special serve.
Equipment
- 1 Jigger For the perfect measure
- 1 Cocktail Shaker Ensuring the perfect shake
Ingredients
- 60 ml Malfy Gin Rosa
- 25 ml Passoa
- 2 Passion Fruits (ideally ripe so the skin is wrinkled)
- 1 Pasturised Egg White
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
- Shot of Champagne or Prosecco or Sparkling Wine to serve
Instructions
- Add ice to cocktail shaker (5-6 cubes)
- Slide 1 Passion Fruit in half, scoop the seeds out and add to cocktail shaker
- Add Gin, Passoa, Lime and Sugar Syrup to Shaker
- Shake vigorously!
- Strain in to martini glass of choice
- Serve with Shot of Champagne or Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
